Mr. Danny Jarret of Jackson-Lewis will be joining us to speak on the up-coming NLRB mandatory posting requirements and other changes on the horizon within the NLRB. This posting requirement will apply to private, non-union businesses. This will be an informative meeting you can't afford to miss!


Danny Jarrett is the Managing Partner of the Albuquerque, New Mexico office of Jackson Lewis, LLP and was named  a Southwest Super Lawyer for 2009, 2010 and 2011.  Mr. Jarrett is a New Mexico native and a 1996 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he served as a staff editor of The New Mexico Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico in 1989, where he attended as the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship.

Mr. Jarrett previously served as vice president and corporate counsel for a national healthcare company. His duties included managing all operations of a multi-state company with over 400 employees, overseeing all human resources functions and organizing corporate restructuring.

Mr. Jarrett’s legal practice focuses on counseling and representing employers, government entities and Tribal organizations regarding labor and employment disputes. His experience involves Title VII and Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, the FLSA, the FMLA and Davis-Bacon Act wage issues. He has successfully represented clients before the NLRB, the EEOC, and the WCA. He has negotiated many collective bargaining agreements with various unions and has represented management’s interests in union organizational campaigns and in response to unfair labor practice charges. Mr. Jarrett has analyzed unemployment compensation and workers’ compensation issues from both the perspective of litigator and as an employer.
