About Us

    The mission of the Northern New Mexico Human Resource Association (NNMHRA), a vital community organization, is to enhance and advance the field of human resources in the communities we serve by utilizing the competencies of NNMHRA’s membership and the resources of the national Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). NNMHRA accomplishes its mission through education, professional networking, mentoring, and being strategic business and thought partners to one another and to organization leaders.

    NNMHRA is proud to be an affiliate chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This globally recognized Human Resource (HR) professional society exists to develop and serve HR professionals and to advance and lead the HR profession. SHRM provides education, thought leadership, professional certification, community service and advocacy to enhance the practice of human resource management and the effectiveness of HR professionals.
