    The Post - #METOO
    Workplace: Are you Prepared?

Investigations in the #MeToo Era - Presentation

    Presentation Summary:

A little over a year later, public discourse on the topic of sexual harassment and assault has changed forever- so has the workplace. Public opinion surveys show that Americans believe this to be a serious problem. SHRM surveys show 1/3 of executive’s report changing their behaviors to avoid any actions that could be perceived as sexual harassment, yet more than 1/3 of workers still report that their workplace fosters sexual harassment.

Faith Reyes of Verdi & Ogletree
will discuss some essentials of what we should do next!

    Learning Objectives:

    1. Workplace considerations Post-#METOO
    2. Elements of an investigation into claims of harassment
    3. Recommended updates to related policies and procedures for 2019

This event has been Pre-Approved for SHRM PDCs and HRCI Credit Hours
